Terms of Service

Last updated: August 24, 2026

1. Acceptance of these terms

By installing or using the CacheSweeper Chrome extension, visiting this website, or purchasing CacheSweeper Premium, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you don't agree, please don't use CacheSweeper.

2. The product

CacheSweeper is a browser extension that clears browser storage on your command. The free tier clears HTTP cache, cookies, localStorage, IndexedDB, CacheStorage, and related data, with keyboard shortcuts, auto-reload, notifications, per-origin clearing scope, an optional confirm-before-clearing prompt, and two profile presets. The Premium tier adds sessionStorage clearing, Service Worker unregistration, scheduled and automated clearing (including clear-on-tab-close), protected-domain whitelisting, file-based profile import/export, a metrics dashboard, bypass-cache reload, time-range clearing, and unlimited profiles with domain auto-switching. We may improve, change, or add features over time.

3. License

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use CacheSweeper. You may not redistribute, resell, sublicense, or reverse engineer the extension, or attempt to circumvent its license validation, except where applicable law permits.

4. Premium, billing & renewals

Premium purchases are processed by Lemon Squeezy, our merchant of record — your purchase contract is with them, and they handle payment, VAT, and receipts.

  • Monthly ($3/month): renews automatically each month. Cancel any time; access continues to the end of the paid period.
  • Lifetime ($29 one-time): a single payment for Premium access for the supported life of the product, including future Premium features. No recurring charges.

5. Refunds

Every Premium purchase comes with a 30-day money-back guarantee, no questions asked. Request a refund by emailing cachesweeper.support@gmail.com or through Lemon Squeezy.

6. Acceptable use

Don't use CacheSweeper to attack, disrupt, or abuse any service, and don't attempt to bypass, spoof, or tamper with license validation. We may suspend licenses obtained or used fraudulently.

7. Data clearing is the product

CacheSweeper deletes browser data on your command — that's its job. Cleared data may include login sessions, shopping carts, form drafts, and locally stored application state, and deleted data cannot be recovered. You are responsible for understanding what your active profile clears before triggering a clear. Review your profile settings; the defaults are sensible, but the responsibility for the broom is yours.

8. Disclaimer of warranties

CacheSweeper is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We don't warrant that the extension will be uninterrupted, error-free, or compatible with every site or workflow.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, CacheSweeper and its developers will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost data, profits, or revenue, arising from your use of the extension. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim arose.

10. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Changes take effect when posted on this page, with the date above updated. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated terms.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
